But I just don't have the time...  This is a Goal...
    not an obligation!

You may choose to offer 1000
rosaries in a year.  If you do not finish in time, please continue until you can finish.

You may wish to join with friends and team up to reach 1000 rosaries for peace.  For example, a class of 25 students could say 4 rosaries together and  already reach 100!  Or perhaps 3 friends would each say a rosary a day and be finished before the end of the year.

If you decide to achieve the challenge on your own, it takes 2.7 rosaries a day to reach 1000 in a year.

          Websites

       There are many postings

that offer assistance in learning how  to say the rosary.  There is information for Catholics, and non-Catholics.  There are also pictures or videos
that help with meditating on the mysteries of the rosary as the vocal prayers are being said. (Youtube has many.)  Some sites provide the opportunity to  pray along with others.

        There are websites that
that offer history, extra prayers,
information about the message of Fatima, and various rosary organizations.  The more you search, the more you will be able to find the path  that is best for you.

See the next page for a few websites and rosary apps to help you get started.

TAKE THE CHALLENGE!

 Say 1000 Rosaries

       for Peace.

No time limit, but a goal of one year.  Take the challenge yourself or build a team!

The purpose of the challenge is to bring more people

to realize that we can make a difference through prayer.

.

    .

Anyone can say the rosary.   You do not have to be Catholic.

The rosary is a multi-tasking prayer.  The prayers are said vocally, while using the rosary beads as counters and at the same time, meditating on the mysteries.

The mysteries are events in the life of Jesus taken from the Gospels.
